PL22 Welcome to Poland
27 nov. 2022First, the French students and teachers participating in the exchange were welcomed in the auditorium by the school's director. The Polish teachers launched an activity that allows the pupils of this mobility to connect with each other and create a climate of trust that will put the whole group into activity later on. All students present themselves by discussions in small groups and give some ideas about the actions carried out on the environment and eco citizens. This activity allows to create a link, a climate of trust, of listening, of mutual respect in order to obtain a good atmosphere to work and learn well afterwards. Pupils are thus put in a context favorable to learning and are connected with the other participants. The group is then more enthusiastic.
Secondly, two French student volunteers presented the city of Dunkirk and the French school to the Polish group. Then, the principal gives a present to welcome French. The pupils visit the school with their correspondents.
Welcoming the students to the school was important for establishing the first contact with the group that the French students are working with during the week. The students volunteered to present in English. They were able to measure the importance of the Erasmus+ project by being received by the principal and seeing that this project involved a large number of people.
