Students are divided into groups of 2 or 3 and given the task of producing a poster on the notion of biodiversity. They can choose between creating a biography of a person fighting to preserve the environment, an alphabet book or an anagram using the word "biodiversity". The final result is entirely up to the students. Designing a poster is a way of awakening a critical eye. The poster also provides an opportunity to master artistic techniques and written language. The poster must be eye-catching, inform, raise awareness, promote, transmit/communicate an idea/message/feeling, and appeal to the notion of "biodiversity". By taking an active approach and spreading a message, the poster should help young people understand the importance of preserving the environment.

Students learned more about aspects of sustainable development and became aware of their role in the fight against climate change as citizens of tomorrow.
