ITR25 INC PSLL Evaluation, Certificates and Farewell party

This activity allows students to look back on the week, share their opinions, and celebrate what they have experienced together. Through an evaluation survey, a friendly party, and a certificate ceremony, they reflect on what they learned.

This activity allows students to look back on the week, share their opinions, and celebrate what they have experienced together. Through an evaluation survey, a friendly party, and a certificate ceremony, they reflect on what they learned.

The moment is both serious and festive: students give feedback to improve future projects, but also enjoy time together, say thank you, and celebrate their participation in the programme. The moments are divided into three parts:

- Farewell party: After the survey, students take part in a friendly party with music at the same time they had the pizza party.

They can take group photos, and exchange small souvenirs or contact details to stay in touch. A short moment was dedicated to open to talk to the group: teachers who wish can say a few words in English to thank and express what the week meant to them.

- Certificate ceremony: At the end, each participant receives a certificate of participation in the project. Teachers call students by name and pairs, congratulate them, and highlight special contributions (help as guides, translation, cooperation, kindness, creativity, etc.).

Throughout the activity, English is used as the main language for announcements, speeches, and informal conversations, students also share short messages in their own language to underline the diversity of the group. 

- Evaluation survey of the week: they complete a short evaluation (online form or paper survey) about the different activities of the week: visits, workshops, logistics, intercultural exchanges, language practice, etc. Questions invite them to say what they liked most, what they found difficult, and what could be improved. They can share key ideas orally, helping teachers to better understand their experience.

Students leave the project with a clearer sense of what they have experienced and learned during the week.

They feel recognised and valued through the certificate ceremony and the possibility to speak, share, and celebrate together. The activity strengthens their motivation to stay engaged as active, open-minded young citizens, and creates positive memories of cooperation, friendship, and European solidarity.
