LT26 PSLL Laser Tag Team Game
10 févr. 2026Students participate in a laser tag game in mixed international teams. The activity promotes cooperation, strategy, and communication in a dynamic and playful environment. Lazertronas is an indoor laser tag arena designed for team games in a controlled and safe space.
The venue includes a dark maze with neon lights, obstacles, corridors and hiding areas. Each student wears a sensor vest and uses a laser blaster that records points automatically. The session starts with a clear safety briefing: no physical contact, controlled speed, respect for rules.
Students are placed into mixed international teams to encourage real intercultural cooperation. Before each match, teams have a short time to plan roles (defender, attacker, scout) and strategy. During the game, students must communicate quickly and clearly to coordinate movements. They practise B2 speaking skills: giving directions, warning teammates, and negotiating decisions.
They also learn active listening, because misunderstanding can lead to losing points. After each round, teams meet for a short debrief to analyse what happened and adjust tactics. This reflection develops critical thinking: students identify causes, not just results.
The activity promotes democratic values through shared rules, equal participation, and respect. It strengthens social skills such as self-control, managing frustration, and supporting others.
Physically, students improve cardio endurance through repeated bursts of running and movement. They train agility, coordination and spatial awareness by moving safely around obstacles. They learn to manage their energy by alternating fast sprints with short recovery moments behind cover. They also develop quick decision-making, safe body control when turning, stopping, and changing direction in narrow spaces.
Beyond physical activity, the game helps students build trust, reduce stress, and strengthen relationships across cultures. They collaborate more effectively across cultures and show better team organisation. They improve their English fluency by using practical communication under time pressure. Students demonstrate increased physical engagement, faster reactions, and safer movement strategies
