Thanks to a guided visit in English accompanied with audiovisual material and didactic material on tablets where they had to work solutions in groups, the students learnt about Gaudí, modernist and Sagrada Família. It is located in the city center and is the tallest monument. The cathedral is organized in the shape of a Latin cross. Numerous images depicting the life of Jesus make the information accessible to the widest possible audience, including the illiterate. Each facade has a meaning: it corresponds to an aspect of Jesus' life. Gaudi died in 1926, hit by a streetcar. He left behind his plans and models, allowing his unfinished work to continue under the aegis of UNESCO.

Thanks to this activity, the students could discover the only european cathedral which is currently built. They wereimpressed by the beauty and the complexity of the structure and the architecture of this building. They could also learn a bit more about Gaudi.
