After discovering a Miro statute and the transformation of the former bullfighting arena into a shopping mall in the Montjuic district, we climb the hill to discover Barcelona's Olympic stadium, which was the main stadium for the 1992 Olympics. It was built for the 1929 Universal Exhibition and renovated in the 1990s, and the Palau San Jordi, the stadium built for the 1992 Olympics. The students visit the Olympic Stadium having access to all the information panels that explain the history of this building, they also see Sant Jordi’s Pavillion, built by Isosaki, and the famous telecommunication tower. They had seen all these buildings before in the Skyline workshop on Friday.

Thanks to this activity, the students could discover the fact that the Olympic Games had redynamised the whole city of Barcelona. They also could visit an Olympic Stadium and discover that all the stadiums are not the same.
