The students visited the FRAC (Fonds régional d'art contemporain), where they participated in a workshop. In this workshop, the students embarked on the task of designing eco-creative posters, incorporating slogans that resonated with the theme of the workshop based on the visited exhibition. The exhibition was a part of a triennial Art and Design event in Europe, focusing on energy resources.
The students' engagement in the poster-making activity allowed them to reflect creatively on the themes presented in the exhibition, with works by artists committed to addressing societal issues. The works treated social inequalities and climate change, offering the students insights into how art can be a powerful tool for social commentary. The students also explored the "Open
Frac" initiative, where they discovered digitized versions of the collections, a unique and interactive way to engage with the art pieces. The students explored a range of artworks that spanned from 1972 to the present day, observing the interplay between art, design, architecture, and their collective response to global energy and ecological challenges. This exploration offered them a comprehensive view of the influence of energy challenges on creative practices and vice versa, enriching their understanding of the role of art in shaping discourse, perspectives on energy and ecological issues.

The FRAC workshop yielded notable outcomes for the students who demonstrated a keen understanding of the interplay between art and environmental issues. Their engagement in the poster-making activity revealed a thoughtful consideration of sustainability themes.
The students' exploration of the "Open Frac" initiative showcased their adaptability to new technologies and their ability to integrate these into their learning. The interaction also prompted insightful discussions on the role of art in societal and ecological discourse.
The activity served as an effective educational tool, fostering the students' critical thinking and creativity. Their ability to connect art, design, and architecture with broader global challenges indicated a significant enhancement in their understanding of these complex interrelations.
