At Lycee Jean Bart, students worked in groups of four to six on a collaborative project, supervised by two French teachers and assisted by three Swedish teachers, to create a Trivial Pursuit-style game on environmental topics like sustainable development, energy, and fauna.

Each group developed 30 questions for their assigned category, focusing on detailed research and topic understanding. The exercise promoted teamwork, critical thinking, and research skills, as students coordinated to create relevant and engaging questions.

The multinational teaching team added a cross-cultural perspective, enriching the educational experience. This project blended environmental education with academic and social skill development in an interactive format.

The exercise yielded positive results marked by high student enthusiasm and engagement. The students actively engaged in lively discussions and enjoyed the collaborative process. They demonstrated a keen interest in exploring a range of environmental issues, leading to insightful discussions and comparisons of environmental practices and concerns between their home countries. This not only enhanced their understanding of various environmental topics but also fostered skills in teamwork, critical thinking, and research.

The involvement of a multinational teaching team further enriched these discussions, bringing diverse perspectives into the mix.
