All the French students and teachers receive their certificate of participation in mobility week. Also present are the young Polish girls who took part in a one-month immersion course at the French lycée, who are also presented with a certificate and evaluations of their mobility.
Afterwards, all the students meet in a room where they have been given food prepared by the Polish host families before the French leave. The group eats together. They can compare the cuisine of France and Poland.
French and Polish students spend a last friendly moment together, before bidding each other an emotional farewell.
The French students receive a certificate for their participation in the mobility programme in Poland, and are proud to be photographed with their correspondent on this occasion.
Then the objective is to know traditional sweets and dishes in Poland. The students have the opportunity to try typical Polish dishes. It’s a lesson about culture and cuisine. They can compare and learn about traditions in Poland and in France. The students become aware of the importance of respecting other cultures.
These final, very jovial moments are an opportunity for us all to take photos together to preserve the memories of this exchange.
